Ultimate Stride is pleased to offer programs during the Winter Break, March Break, Pre-Tryout and Summer season, as well as providing specialized team training programs working in unison with Minor Hockey Coaches across the Greater Toronto Area.
SUMMER HOCKEY CAMPS
Ultimate Stride Summer Hockey Camps are offered at community rinks across the Greater Toronto Area. Summer camps provide a great opportunity for players to focus on the different aspects of their game with coaches and trainers focused on helping each player achieve their unique goals and objectives.
Alex Palermo and the Team at Ultimate Stride work with Minor Hockey Coaches across the Greater Toronto Area to develop custom Team Training Sessions to support the continued development of players of all ages and skill levels.
Ultimate Stride has the specialized experience to work in Private and Semi-Private Training Sessions to assess player skills and design and implement programs to strengthen the identified areas of improvement, contributing to a stronger overall game.
Winter Holiday Camps at Ultimate Stride focus on overall game development with a focus on stick-handling, puck possession, shooting, scoring as well as critical power skating elements such as turns, transitional, lateral, and cross-over skating, acceleration, and speed with and without the puck.
OFF-ICE & DRYLAND HOCKEY SKILLS & POWER SKATING PROGRAMS
SKATING TREADMILL
Combined with experienced guidance and instruction from a certified Development 1 coach registered with Hockey Canada, a consistent regimen on the Ultimate Stride Skating Treadmill is a great tool for improving first-step quickness, lengthening and strengthening a skater’s stride, and imprinting efficiency into muscle memory to foster greater on-ice surface coverage with less effort.

Ultimate Stride founder Alex Palermo is a certified Development 1 coach registered with Hockey Canada. Alex has coached at the AAA level, played 8 years of AAA hockey for several organizations and played Jr. A Hockey with the Vaughan Rangers.
